Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you register we collect your name, email address and password (stored hashed). When you use CRM Pro we store the business data you enter — contacts, companies, deals, activities, emails, tickets, invoices and similar records — and technical logs needed to run the Service (such as login times and error logs).

2. How we use it

We use your information to provide and secure the Service, to respond to support requests, and to send service-related notices (such as billing or security messages). We do not use your CRM data for advertising, and we do not sell your personal data or your customers' data.

3. AI features

AI features only send data to an AI provider when you have configured your own API key in the admin settings. No AI provider is configured by default, and no data is sent to any AI provider unless you enable it.

4. Cookies

We use cookies strictly needed for the Service to work, such as keeping you signed in and protecting forms against forgery. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to operate the Service (for example hosting and email delivery), and only as necessary. We will disclose data to authorities only where legally required.

6. Data retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can export your data at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing support@codelist.top. We will delete your account data within a reasonable period after a verified request, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact us at support@codelist.top to exercise them.

8. Security

We protect data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, role-based access inside the app, and access controls on our servers. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account is compromised, contact us immediately and change your password.
